Large English Ash bowl | Platter | Tray

This rather elegant high sided serving tray was hand turned from a gorgeous piece of highly figured English Ash in our workshop, using a section of timber that originally came from a wind blown Ash tree on a local estate.

It's such a stunning piece, with such a remarkable grain pattern, so unique!

Functional and beautiful, is it a bowl, a platter, a serving tray or a display centre piece ? examples like this really don't come round very often.

Size: 36cm wide & 52cm high sides.

Finished in a durable food safe wax oil that gives it a lovley soft tactile sheen.
