How Our Engraving Process Works

Add our engraving service to your basket to start the process. This does not commit you to anything – it simply allows us to follow up with you directly.

2. Tell Us About Your Item
During checkout, leave a short description of the item you'd like engraved. Include what it is, the size, and what kind of engraving you have in mind.

3. We’ll Contact You
We’ll follow up to discuss the details, confirm if the engraving is possible, and provide a no-obligation quote.

4. Pricing Is Based on the Job
The cost of your engraving will depend on the scale, detail, and complexity of the design, as well as preparation time.

5.No Commitment Either Way
If the job isn’t something we can carry out, or if you decide not to go ahead, that’s completely fine.
We only take on engraving jobs we’re confident we can do to a high standard.

Important Requirements

To use our engraving service, please make sure:

Your item is made from wood (we do not engrave plastic, glass, or metal)

It has a flat, engravable surface – no deep grain, heavy curvature, or uneven texture

It falls within our working area: approx. 500mm x 350mm

FAQs

Can I send any item for engraving?

Only if it’s made of wood and meets the flatness and size requirements. We cannot engrave round or curved items like bowls or spoons.

How long does engraving take?

Once your item has been received and confirmed, turnaround is usually 3–5 working days.

Can I drop off and collect in person?

Yes – if you’re local to Kent, we may be able to arrange this. Contact us first to check.

Do you engrave products for businesses?

Yes. We regularly provide engraving for small batches of items for businesses, including branding on wood, logos, and product personalisation.
