    We only take on engraving jobs we’re confident we can do to a high standard.

Important Requirements

To use our engraving service, please make sure:

  • Your item is made from wood (we do not engrave plastic, glass, or metal)

  • It has a flat, engravable surface – no deep grain, heavy curvature, or uneven texture

  • It falls within our working area: approx. 500mm x 350mm

Can I send any item for engraving?
Only if it’s made of wood and meets the flatness and size requirements. We cannot engrave round or curved items like bowls or spoons.

How long does engraving take?
Once your item has been received and confirmed, turnaround is usually 3–5 working days.

Can I drop off and collect in person?
Yes – if you’re local to Kent, we may be able to arrange this. Contact us first to check.

Do you engrave products for businesses?
Yes. We regularly provide engraving for small batches of items for businesses, including branding on wood, logos, and product personalisation.
